Description
The ShockEater Recoil Pad is the latest advancement in energy absorption and recoil dispersion – it keeps you shooting longer, while increasing accuracy, comfort, and consistency with your long guns. Made with proprietary Nano-Poly™ technology, the ShockEater Recoil Pad is designed to reduce peak felt recoil without increasing length of pull or altering appearance. At only 8 mm thick and 1.4 ounces in weight, it provides superior shock absorption in a form that is lighter and thinner than any foam or gel can provide.
The ShockEater Recoil Pad is conformal to the shoulder area, supporting proper gun fit and improving pitch and toe angles at the butt-stock. This combination of unique fit and absorption properties allow for maximum comfort and reduced felt recoil. More comfort, less pain means hitting your target with greater consistency. The ShockEater Recoil Pad is compatible with many of the leading shooting vests and shirts, making it the optimal accessory for a variety of shooters from first timers to seasoned veterans.
WHAT BRANDS OF SHOOTING GEAR ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE SHOCKEATER RECOIL PAD?
Note: Not designed for Beretta, Eddie Bauer, or Orvis vests. Pad can be used with these brands, but must be secured or pinned within pocket as garments from these brands have oversized pockets.
All logos and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
INSTALLATION
To install, simply insert the recoil pad into the shooting pad pocket on the inside of your vest, shirt, or jacket and you are ready to shoot. The pad is designed to work with either side facing out, however we recommend placing the pad in the pocket of your garment so that the smooth side will be against your body. The ShockEater® logo should be on the bottom and facing out.
Ben L. –
I picked up this pad for a dove hunting trip after being recommended from a friend. I was very impressed that something so thin could take out that much of the kick. Really knocked down the recoil well and no sore shoulder after the weekend.
Nancy –
I love the ShockEater! I had been trap shooting just about every Friday for 2 months and I would get a bruise each week and it was getting to a point that the bruise wasn’t even completely healing from one week to the next. I had seen this product demo’d at the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg, PA earlier this year. I searched for this product on the internet and when I found it I bought it. I have used it the last two weeks and I have no bruise and my scores have gone up since I am no longer anticipating the pain! It works great! LOVE IT!!!
Richard –
Amazed at the reduction in recoil by this little pad. If recoil on a gun is bothering you, get one!
Lightning Rider –
Wow- works great for shotgun and big bore shooting.
Nana –
I am a 74 year old trapshooter., I wish i got this a long time ago, I love it
Randy –
A great product. I have used vest inserts from both Browning and Beretta and this is superior product. Works as advertised. Great product.
Greg –
Best I have ever used!
Matt M –
I bought this for an upcoming hunting trip plus clays. It works great! It is so thin and does not alter shouldering the gun! Really reduces the recoil.
Leonard Valente –
Allows for better gun mount then other products. Felt recoil is greatly reduced but I wouldn’t say any more than other similar products from Browning and Beretta. Well worth the money for the above noted reason.
Ed Bosson, PhD –
I was doubtful myself of its ability to absorb impacts and, in fact, researched on return policy. Then I went ahead and got one. Went to gun range with my Browning BLR 270. The very first round – hardly felt the recoil to my enormous surprise. After 24 rounds still easy to take the recoil. Improved my groupings as well. Such thin gell has great shock spread so ended up with no sore shoulder. Highly recommended…
Alisha Hines –
Amazing what this recoil pad can do! I was skeptical when my husband ordered it for me, however once I tried it, I won’t be shooting without it! Reduces recoil drastically and doesn’t “fetch up” when shouldering my gun quickly. Two thumbs up!
Larry –
I recently purchased my second shockeater pad for my son to use. It worked so well for me I didn’t want him getting the sore shoulder I used to have. I highly recommend this pad for everyone. The shirts with the pockets built in the shoulder also work great.
Michael Samson –
I finally got to shoot with the Shock eater pad. I noticed a reduction in the recoil that made my over and under a much nicer gun to shoot. I just ordered another one for my self to use in a sport shirt I bought here.
Spike C. –
I bought this for my Wild Hare vest. Very well made but for me it offers a lot less protection than the Beretta recoil pad which is wider and longer. I will give it another try when warmer weather comes to give it an honest review. I will note that, yes my vest fits correctly and the pad is a little harder than the others I own. Price is a little high but not an issue for a product made in the USA.
Ben Fletcher –
I was really impressed with how much it took the recoil from the shoulder as i enjoy trap shooting. This is well worth the expense and i would recommend this item to anyone that shoots alot.
Spike C. –
Follow up test and review. Pad works perfect! In my case it was the layering under the vest that did not permit the pad to fall in the correct position on my shoulder. Now that warmer and way less layers shooting season is here, I tested it again and it is awesome! Do not be afraid to spend the money on this pad because it works perfectly.
John Mattera –
I shoot an average of twice a week. I would have a perpetual bruise on my shoulder, until I incorporated the “Shock Eater” in the shoulder pocket of my shooting vest. It absorbs all the recoil.
Chic Kroll –
All it does is work. Great product.
John Falica –
Just wanted to say the ShockEater Recoil pad is AWESOME !!! I can shoot a 20ga all day, but a 12ga will wear my shoulder down from shooting 100 rounds. With this pad, I was able to shoot 2-100 rounds of sporting clay with no problem using my 12ga. and 100 rounds of 5 stand the next day! Excellent recoil pad and the shirt I bought with the pad worked excellent! The recoil pad stayed in place all day! Going to buy a pad for my son and some shirts also!
Jan M Maly –
Amazing product! Get one! You won’t regret it. Shot over 3000 rounds in three days, no pain, no bruising and you don’t even know it’s there.
Tom –
it reduced alot of the recoil
Jeff –
thin, light and works as advertised
Dennis –
Thought I would give this pad a try and must say it works. It does take the bite out of cheap Walmart shells. Good product.
L.D. Conner –
Took a few shots to mold to my shoulder, but then I didn’t notice it at all. Cut down on the recoil much better than the old gel pad I had used before. I would recommend.
Jimmy III –
i just got back from a dove hunt in Argentina, i shot over 5,000 rounds in a 5 day period and shoulder is still in good shape compared to others in the group using other types of pads, this was a last minute purchase and i am really glad i made it! it’s amazing how well it did for as thin as it is in comparison to the others!
Tom –
Picked up this pad/shirt before heading down the Argentina. It worked as advertised. Recommended : )
BW –
Flexible design allows this pad to fit the contour of the shoulder making it very comfortable and does not alter the pitch of the mounted gun. Substantial reduction in felt recoil. This and a ShockEater shirt quickly became part of my everyday shooting equipment.
Stacey –
I purchased 2 Shock Eater recoil pads a few months ago. Had one sent to my father in Florida. He LOVED it!! I finally had the opportunity to test drive the one I ordered for myself. I sometimes will shoot multiple, large caliber rifles in one day, leaving the range with a sore shoulder. (300WM, 338 Lapua, etc). I was so happy that there was NO SORE SHOULDER from the last trip to the range!! Jack….. great job on this product!!
Meddi Hogg –
Mary – July 7 2017
Bought this for my Bolivia Dove hunting trip. I tried it before the trip and was amazed! It proved itself during the trip with 4 hunts. I had no sore shoulder at all and other shooters without the shock-eater did. Thank you!!! I will continue to use it.
A. Alonzo –
I bought mine a few weeks ago and I finally had the opportunity to test it. Loved it! Felt no recoil. I like the way it’s molding to the contour of my shoulder. I definitely recommend it…definitely a part of my shooting accessories.
Ken Boben –
I bought this pad to add to my vast collection of pads only to find out it is the best by far. I have now bought 3 including one for my wife who is very sensitive to recoil. She shot trap on our vacation and started offering her shirt and Shock Eater to all the other lady guests at the dude ranch claiming you wont feel a thing. Great product I won’t use anything else.
Chuck Frakes –
Unbelievable product. Used first time yesterday with 45/70 with heavy loads. Usually this can be punishing and this pad did wonders. No bruising or aches and pains after shooting. Fits nicely in shirt. Pad pocket places the recoil pad in the proper place. Much more comfortable shooting!
Tim H. –
I recently ordered a ShockEater pad and two shirts. It works very well. I have told other shooters that I know about it. I know one person that already ordered and received theirs. We are just waiting for the range to open again to go shooting. I bought mine because I have TRG-42 that I did not like to shoot. The ShockEater changed that. Using the ShockEater has made it easy to go and shoot 20 rounds.
Jacki –
Works great! Went shooting with a 223, 3006 and 338 – hardly felt a thing. Next day I wasn’t sore at all and ready to play again!! Only thing that would make it better would be a coupon or sale. Thinking it would make great Christmas gifts.
Ray C. –
I decided to give this product a chance after returning to the range from 3 months of therapy for a hyperextended bicep tendon. The Gracoil system on my shotgun was doing its job but I needed something more to reduce the recoil and pain to my shoulder. The ShockEater has made a difference. Since I started using it, I have shot 500 rounds including a 300 hundred round .registered shoot. I’m not saying all of the pain has gone but it has made a difference by providing that much more recoil absorption and comfort.
Mark Lillie –
I had a bad ATV accident while spraying weeds in the timber/pasture and broke his collar bone and taken by life flight with a lot more serious injuries. This pad has helped him to go deer hunting again.
Norm –
Used for trap shoot. I was pleasantly surprised at how much recoil reduction came from such a thin pad. 4 stars due to cost, fit in wild hare coat “designed” for this item, but really worth the try.
GASTX –
Used it this weekend at a NBRSA VFS match. The ShockEater pad was great.
Also shot 50 rds of 284 Win while fire-forming new brass and the ShockEater pad was a very welcome addition. Stayed in place and noticed a significant reduction in felt recoil.
s t –
Recently went to a few shot gun shoots & knew I would be using/shooting 20-30 different shotguns during these shoots.I bought this recoil pad before hand and placed it in a pocket in my vest .I had little to no bruising or soreness after 100’s of rounds @30 ish bucks well spent ..& I deer hunt with a veper 3″ slugger too ….
Philip Glass –
I’ve just tested this with my .470NE rifle. It really performs as stated. I will be using this on my upcoming safari and likely every time I shoot my double rifle.
Mike A –
I purchased this pad to help lessen the felt recoil from my 45-70 rifle. The first time I used it at the rifle range, I could not believe the difference it made in reducing the effects of the recoil from shooting my rifle, which has a brass buttplate. My first time at the range without the ShockEater, I could only manage to fire 30 rounds before I had to stop due to the bruising in my shoulder. Once I received the pad, I was able to comfortably put 50 rounds down range with no discomfort. A truly wonderful product.
CaptainCalf –
Used it shooting clays and after 75 twelve gauge rounds down the barrel my shoulder was fresh and reading to do it all again, while my buddy who shot without protection couldn’t/wouldn’t shoot anymore…I’d recommend it highly and won’t go shooting without it!
John Payne –
Wow! I bought the Browning product last week for a sporting clay shoot. Eh…. Still plenty of soreness after 100 rounds through an older Binelli Legacy. Shot today with recently delivered Shock Eater T and pad. No comparison. Same gun, same loads, no sore shoulder. Will be recommending to all my friends. Expensive but worth every penny in my opinion.
Tom Milani –
Fits the wild Hare vest perfectly and works well. Over a hundred rounds first time using it and no bruising or discomfort at all.
THOMAS SHULTZ –
The pad is too small for firing from a rest; it doesn’t extend far enough laterally. When the rifle butt was carefully centered on the pad, the scope level, proper sight picture… it worked well. This added one more variable for which to account.
Paul O. –
I have another shooting shirt with a sown in quilt pad. It wasn’t quite up to the task of handling the recoil of a Mossberg 500 tactical using buckshot and especially slugs. Big difference with the Shockeater, as practice is much more fun now. Highly recommend if you have a hard recoiling boom stick.
Brad Waldenmyer –
They Say ..The Proof of the Pudding is in the Eating.. They were RIGHT.. !! This little piece of Technology ..REALLY WORKS !! If you shoot a lot of clays like I do, You owe it to your shoulder to get the Shock Eater and put a smile back on your face after a day of punching “Clays”.
Maria T –
My husband, myself and our 3 daughters just returned from a dove hunting trip in Argentina. I purchased several Shockeater shooting shirts w/ recoil pads and bc we’re women, I wasnt sure what sizes would fit us. My husband already had these products and loved them! Jack, the owner, worked with me and made my purchases & returns very easy. He returned several of my calls within a few hrs and answered all my questions. I cannot stress enough what a pleasure it was to have Jack’s assistance in this process and in such a timely manner. He helped explain the products and gave me suggestions as to what would work the best for our trip and our sizes.
I personally shot 5175 shells and my daughters shot 7600, 8050 & 9150 shells over 5 days using Benelli 20 gauge shotguns, and we hit 23,829 birds! We used the Women’s Shockeater Shooting shirt w/recoil pad as a base and did use an additional strap on shooting pad.
Our shoulders were well protected and there was no bruising or pain! Before my husband purchased and used his Shockeater shirt w/ recoil pad, he came home with a badly bruised shoulder; not this time! It’s important to also mention that the shirts were very comfortable without any scratching against the skin. If you’re planning a trip like this, please don’t hesitate in using the Shockeater shirt w/ recoil pad. The product stands by itself and customer service was amazing! – Thanks Jack!!
Payton Steele –
I’m 30 years old and a pretty solid 205lbs, and this made my .308 16.5″ AR-10 feel much more comfortable to shoot. Highly recommended to anyone looking to ease the recoil of a big bore rifle.
G McClure –
The shockeater recoil pad fits nicely in my shooting vest pocket and performs as advertised. It is extremely thin and does not ad to the length of pull. I shoot sporting clays at least three times a week and consider shockeater a permanent part of my kit. It earns a 5 star rating.
Dale –
A great product from a great company. You don’t even realize the shock eater pad is there while shooting, but you do notice the reduction in felt recoil.
Christopher V O’Brien –
Maybe the best shooting aid I have come across. Sporting Clay event last week, with other games sprinkled in and must have gone through 250 rounds. Next day, “hardly knew i was shooting!” said Mr. Shoulder.
Great people and a great story! Thanks, will recommend to all my shooting buddies.
Charles Brown –
I purchased this pad separately from the Wildhare shooting vest.
I tired it out with 4 different guns…
Remington 1000 Magnum 12 gauge
Ruger Red Label 12 gauge over under
Ruger Red Label 20 gauge over under
Beretta Silver Pigeon 12 g over under
After 200 rounds, I still felt great and no pain from too much recoil. It fit the Wildhare vest very well and I am having one put in my wife’s vest as she hates recoil.
A great buy.
Alex –
Both products I purchased, the Wild Hare Heatwave vest and the ShockEater recoil Pad, are made from top quality materials and show excellent workmanship, truly made by responsible and proud companies. The service is first class and the delivery flawless. I bought one set for my son-in-law and one for myself, we are both avid shooters anywhere from air rifles, to skeet shooting, to high power rifles, Good-bye to sore shoulders! If you are a serious shooter, I highly recommend the combination I described.
Terrance V.P. –
Am a 72 year old with arthritis in my shoulder and a small tear in my rotator cuff (but not big enough to warrant surgery). Stock butt pads alone were not enough to shoot any length of time without paying for it in the following days. The Shock Eater Pad in one of their shirts fixed that. The shirt and pad, combined with a stock butt pad has allowed me to continue rifle shooting that I would have otherwise had to give up.
Russell –
This is an outstanding product that I will recommend to every shooter I meet. I purposely shot heavy target loads for four rounds of Skeet from an over and under. Almost zero felt recoil. I am going to order a couple of more slip in recoil pads, and make sure they are in all my vests. No change to length of pull, which was my biggest concern, because I shoot low gun.
Gary Owen –
I ordered your recoil pad and received before a State Sporting Clays shoot. Practicing the day before, my daughter
and I tried the pad. We liked it so well, that we kept changing the pad with each other when it was our time to shoot.
We went to the State shoot and lent it back and forth if we were shooting at different events. We ordered a second pad and went to another State Shoot, we shot several hundred targets each, with no soreness. We let friends try your
pad and they all liked it. We plan to always use this pad as it worked much better than pads sold by some large gun and
vest manufactures!!
Thomas S. –
After injuring my cervical vertebrae, I was unable to shoot. After a number of months of medication and therapy, I slowly returned to shooting trap and sporting clays. Three things helped in my return to shotgun sports: 1) the installation of a RAD-II recoil reducer on my shotguns; 2) reducing shot shell payloads from 1-1/8 oz. to 1 oz. and 7/8 oz.; and 3) installing a Shock Eater in my Wild Hare vest. The first two items helped a great deal, but the third item was what put me over the top and let me re-enjoy these sports without discomfort.
Carolyn –
I bought this recoil pad for my daughter for clay birds because she was getting a sore shoulder. She loved it so much I bought one for my son, husband and myself. The difference is amazing. It really absorbs the recoil, and no more bruising, even with a whole day of shooting. We all highly recommend this product.
Vincent Tomaselli –
Recently purchased the recoil pad. Used it briefly last week on trap and skeet fields. Felt no recoil discomfort. Good product.
Jan M Maly –
This product was recommended to me by a friend before I took my wife to Argentina on a dove shoot. I decided to get us each one. After shooting 500 to 1000 rounds per day, this pad proved to be amazing and neither of us had any soreness or bruising! Jack and his son have developed an amazing product……..that really works! I have told many friends about it and everyone has raved about it. Buy it, try it, you’ll love it too!
Carla Harper –
ShockEater and Shooting Gear is a great American Made product that makes the shooter’s life easier. Perfect fit and well-made.
Pat L –
My husband bought me the Shock Eater recoil pad because I was getting some bruising after shooting only one round of trap. I admit I was skeptical this would work any better than several other pads I had tried. I am extremely pleased to say that I was WRONG!! I feel no recoil whatsoever, and have no bruising on the shoulder area since using the Shock Eater in my shooting vest. Very much worth the purchase!!
Mazen Khatib –
It is a great product. Innovative technology that makes it thin and very effective. Added to my sports shooting enjoyment.
Gabe Julian –
I bought the ShockEater and one of their shirts several years ago and since then I have purchased two more shirts and another pad for backup. I wouldn’t use anything else as I have a bad shoulder and I can still shoot all day with no pain. The best ever.
Kevin T Martin –
Saw a demo of this product and was quite impressed. Subsequently purchased one and then went out to shoot a round of sporting clays with my over/under. Felt like I was using a semi-auto. One hundred shots later not a single ache or pain. I will gladly endorse this product. If you’re even remotely thinking about this, rest assured, it works as advertised.
Mark –
This recoil pad is soooo much more effective than gel or fabric pads. Thin, yet powerful recoil absorption. I now have the ShockEater pad in all my shooting vests and shirts!
Jason Porter –
Works for siting in a rifle or plinking but I would not recommend this pad if you are shooting any big bore rifles prone in a match setting. Do to the heat this summer I thought this would be the ticket in a match of BPCR or Vintage Sniper and the recoil becomes a factor as the day goes on. The strap pads that go around you and clip over the shoulder seem to hold up a little better but they seem to add to the length of pull?
Terrence King –
Great recoil pad, does as advertised. Fits easily and snug in the Wild Hare Shooting Vest. Will be ordering another with the jacket for cooler weather. Thanks.
Lloyd –
Bought this pad for my wild hare vest. Works as advertised. I will be purchasing the slip on stock version for my Remington 1100 (primarily to add to the LOP), but also to reduce recoil.
Kristin Ledgerwood –
Ordered this to put in my new shock eater t shirt & couldn’t be happier ,makes for much more pleasant shooting especially when you do allot of rounds & your shoulder can start hurting . Very happy with this purchase.
James R Smith –
Wow!
I had no idea something so thin could make that big a difference! After shoulder surgery, I was pretty much stuck shooting .22’s. Anything any bigger just hurt too much. I tried this out and was amazed. I can shoot rifles again. I bought a slip on pad for one rifle, then the vest with the slip in pad for using different rifles.
I will pass the work on this to all of my friends.
Also, the service was outstanding! Both shipments came 2 days before they were due by the tracking numbers.
Thank You Jack Portuesi!
Paula Beeson –
I love the ShockEater recoil pad. After beginning to shoot trap I had the usual shoulder bruise. I found the ShockEater online and bought one. No bruising since, it does not increase length of pull, and fits the pad pocket of my Wild Hare vest without puckering or creasing. Than you so much Jack for making this product and putting it out there for us!
Keith R Schuller –
I purchased the ShockEater shooting shirt 50/50 blend and the ShockEater recoil pad. Shoulder surgery on a almost totally torn rotator cuff several years ago made for painful and inaccurate shooting with a 20 gauge for pheasants. With the shirt and the recoil pad I can now shoot with absolutely NO pain and it does not inhibit my aim. I intentionally shrunk the shirt with extra hot wash and dry as it was just slightly loose on my frame and it now fits perfectly. First time installing the pad in the exactly sized pocket took a little learning but the second time after washing was a snap. i was able to call the company to confirm when delivery could be made and the owner and inventor answered the phone. A great gentleman and an utter pleasure to have a human answer the phone. The recoil pad works and works extremely well. Thank you.
RALPH W CREECH –
I finally made a purchase that met my expectations. The shirt and pad do what they were designed to do and the shipping was not delayed (as seems to be the norm nowadays). I have purchased a set for my two brothers, my best friend and myself, so far, and I do not spend that kind of money on inferior products.
Amber –
We bought this for our son, who shoots for the trap team at school. He has stated repeatedly that this pad has helped his shoulder. Our son hasn’t had a sore shoulder since using this pad while shooting. It is also thin enough that it hasn’t altered his shot!
Not only does the product work but I had a billing concern. When I called, the owner answered the phone, addressed my question, asked me about the product pad and had resolved my billing concern with his team within a couple of hours. Excellent customer service!
I’m looking to buy Christmas gifts for my family here as the product works as stated, delivery as quick, and excellent customer service. Thank you Jack and your team!
Bill Stoll –
This recoil pad performs as advertised. It really helps you mount your gun the right way repeatedly and absorbs what used to be a pounding from my 12 gauge. I highly endorse this product.
Rod Klick –
Got to try out my new shirt and pad today. First off I have a bad shooting shoulder and that’s why I purchased this combination. I shoot vintage military rifles. And the ShockEater pad really helped tame the recoil of my old bolt action rifles with steel buttplates. I highly recommend for shooters. Bad shoulder or not.
Jeffrey Reese –
Works great just like everyone said it would won’t trap shoot without
Brien Martin –
Absolutely phenomenal!
I recently bought a Turkish O/U and took it out for a Sporting Clays round. No shooting vest, just a T-Shirt. Well, it’s a damned nice gun for the price, but the butt-pad is nothing but a hollow rubber piece. After 50 rounds, I was flinching on each shot anticipating the pain.
My shoulder and upper arm was black and blue for a week.
Bought a vest, and the Shockeater to go along with it.
Just got back from a 100 round course, and my shoulder is bruise and pain free. Absolutely amazing.
If you’re thinking about getting this, just do it. As I said, it’s absolutely phenomenal in its ability to insulate your shoulder from recoil.
I’ll be recommending it to anyone who asks.
Jim G –
I could go on and on about how hard to believe this pad could work. But 300 through a BT99 today without even a red shoulder should say it all. Quit waiting and buy one. Easier to hit when still looking forward to pulling the trigger after the first hundred shots!!
Keith –
Today we (16 year old son & I) tested the recoil pads & shirts with 12 gauge semi auto. As my son said “I barely felt the recoil even though I knew there was recoil).. I too said the same thing.
Richard –
Was thinking I would have to give up shooting, two bad shoulders but with shockeater I will be shooting for many years to come. Great product!
Tony –
I’ve bought the shirts for myself and my wife, with the Shock Eater for each. It’s surprising how well this system works. So thin and simple, but no mor sore shoulder after putting a bunch of rounds through my 12 gauge shoot gun. I’ve others about it and now they’re happy customers also.
Sherry –
I bought the tee shirt with shoulder insert and the shockpad as a surprise for my husband. He had recently commented about how much kick a certain gun has and I know how much shooting can leave your shoulder sore. I had suggested something like this in the past but he ignored me. Well, I am glad to say he loves it. It really works. I think he was surprised at how much difference that little shockpad makes. Well worth it.
Also this company provides great customer service. The color tee I ordered was not available for a week or so, and they immediately contacted me to ask if I wanted to wait for it or choose another color. I accepted the available color, so it shipped the same day and it arrived way sooner than I expected. Great service!
Roland –
Shock Eater is awesome! Reduces felt recoil. Love the product and would highly recommend it. Fits the Wild Hare vest perfectly.
Brian Nowlin –
My dad purchased the t- shirt and shock eater recoil pad for me. He is a raving fan having shot more than 3,000 round through it without diminishing the effectiveness of the pad.
I used it this past weekend on a goose hunt and my shoulder loved me for it. The other hunters can not say the same. They were not wanting to shoot after day 2.
5/5 would recommend.
Kevin C. –
I bought the shock eater pad to help me get through an upcoming shotgun class. No cartilage in my shooting shoulder, so I need all the help I can get. I’ve run through 250 rounds of 12 gauge with the shock eater, and it’s great!
Rick –
I bought the Shock Eater and Wild Hare Vest a while back. Been waiting on decent weather to give them a try. I’m 70 and on blood thinner. Brusing can br dramatic. The Shock Eater worked great. I shot about a 100 rounds of 20 & 12 gauge yesterday. Completely painless!
Highly recommend the Shock Eater.
Jamie –
Actually works! Shot 100 twenty-gauge shotgun rounds on several occasions without pain or bruising. Previously, without the ShockEater pad, this was not the case. (I am a 69 year old male with a history of shoulder surgery.)
Michael Boyd –
Works as advertised.
James Galyon –
works great
Shane –
Pad is amazing. Low profile has a negligible change to how you shoulder your gun. Tried two shirts and my personal preference was to have the pad in the shooting vest/bird bag. Seemed to work better that way. Great product overall!
R Rottenberk –
Vest has lots of room and pockets / pockets & pouches. Also got shock pad, very happy with both.
David Campbell –
Works Amazingly & is NOT too thick adding extra length
Most Importantly Shockeater Gampsports has USA customer Service that speak clear American English & reply to emails
This is NOT common in our world & totally Worth it to have Client relations when needed
