Return Policy

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise to be free from defects – we stand by our products and those of our partner manufacturers. Please contact us if you have a problem with one of our products and we will repair or replace it at our option. We accept exchanges and returns for 30 days from the original purchase date. Apparel items must be unworn with hang-tags attached; non-apparel items must be unused and still in their original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned (unless defective) include:

  • Customized products (e.g. embroidered items)
  • Products that have been used or altered

To make a return, please contact us at 724-443-7546 or info@shockeater.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All items being returned must be shipped with the packing slip and/or order confirmation page. Please also include a written explanation for returning the product.

Please be aware that it possible to exchange for size, so if you do order an incorrect size, please contact us so that we can arrange an exchange. When exchanging, the new garment will be sent out after receiving the item from your original order. Additional charges for shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, as will any price differentials for the new item.

For returns, we issue a refund for the sales amount less shipping & handling costs. Refunds are issued within 5 days after we receive the returned merchandise..
