Today we (16 year old son & I) tested the recoil pads & shirts with 12 gauge semi auto. As my son said “I barely felt the recoil even though I knew there was recoil).. I too said the same thing.

I could go on and on about how hard to believe this pad could work. But 300 through a BT99 today without even a red shoulder should say it all. Quit waiting and buy one. Easier to hit when still looking forward to pulling the trigger after the first hundred shots!!

Absolutely phenomenal! I recently bought a Turkish O/U and took it out for a Sporting Clays round. No shooting vest, just a T-Shirt. Well, it’s a damned nice gun for the price, but the butt-pad is nothing but a hollow rubber piece. After 50 rounds, I was flinching on each shot anticipating the pain. My shoulder and upper arm was black and blue for a week. Bought a vest, and the Shockeater to go along with it. Just got back from a 100 round course, and my shoulder is bruise and pain free. Absolutely amazing. If you’re thinking about getting this, just do it. As I said, it’s absolutely phenomenal in its ability to insulate your shoulder from recoil. I’ll be recommending it to anyone who asks.

Got to try out my new shirt and pad today. First off I have a bad shooting shoulder and that’s why I purchased this combination. I shoot vintage military rifles. And the ShockEater pad really helped tame the recoil of my old bolt action rifles with steel buttplates. I highly recommend for shooters. Bad shoulder or not.

The shock eater pads were delivered as promised. They look great and I’m planning on using them in Argentina in two weeks.

This recoil pad performs as advertised. It really helps you mount your gun the right way repeatedly and absorbs what used to be a pounding from my 12 gauge. I highly endorse this product.

We bought this for our son, who shoots for the trap team at school. He has stated repeatedly that this pad has helped his shoulder. I finally made a purchase that met my expectations. The shirt and pad do what they were designed to do and the shipping was not delayed (as seems to be the norm nowadays). I have purchased a set for my two brothers, my best friend and myself, so far, and I do not spend that kind of money on inferior products.
