The ShockEater® Slip-On Recoil Pad Kit is a simple and effective way to eliminate hard hitting recoil while customizing your length of pull.

Kit Includes:

  • (1) stretchy neoprene cover that fits the majority of gunstock sizes of both shotguns and rifles

  • (4) inserts for your comfort and customization:

    • (1) ShockEater® insert recoil reducing insert (1/4")

    • (3) additional hi-density foam spacers to customize your length of pull (1/4", 3/8", & 1/2")

The ShockEater insert, made with proprietary Nano-Poly™ technology, is secured inside the cover behind an elastic strap and removable for cover cleaning.

To install, carefully slide the neoprene sleeve onto the end of your buttstock; no drilling or gunsmithing required. If needed, place one or more of the three included foam spacers (1/4”, 3/8”, & 1/2″) into the cover before sliding onto your gun to customize your length of pull.

FOR BEST EXPERIENCE:

  • Only the ShockEater insert fits behind the internal elastic strap. Place L.O.P. spacers in front before sliding cover onto buttstock

  • We do not recommend using more than more than (1) of the L.O.P. spacers in addition to the ShockEater insert at one time.

    Excellent slip on recoil pad. I have several shirts and a cold weather coat from ShockEater but wanted a slip on pad for my 300 Win Mag. Works great!

    I used the slip on shockeater primarily to extend the length of pull (LOP) on my Remington 1100.. Everything worked out great and the reduced recoil is a blessing. This is the second shockeater I have purchased (the first one went in my wild hare vest). They are wonderful in reducing recoil!

    Have all my firearms set up with these. Absorbs recoil on .308 and 12 gauge. No more bruised shoulders after range day!

    Shockingly good for the price! (pun intended) Ended up using it while a bruise was still healing underneath from the week before. The first 5-10 shots were more painful due to the bruise, but after that I got used to it and it helped a lot. It's not perfect as just the pad in the end- I will have to experiment with the closed cell foam as well, but I am hopeful that I can reduce my bad bruises to just minor redness. This is perfect for borrowing equipment where I can't change out the installed padding. The neoprene sleeve keeps it from sliding around and gives that little bit extra padding as well. A success!

    Slipped the pad over my Browning A Bolt 375 H&H Magnum. No problem with fit. I inserted one of the thicker pads inside the sleeve. Length of pull was not altered. All I can say, is I'm impressed. It really took the sting out of the recoil. After a dozen shots my shoulder felt fine. No need for a muzzle break With the shock eater on the back end!

    Works as advertised. Customer service is even better. Order on a Saturday morning and had it Tuesday. Grandson loves it. He was a little hesitant without it and now I have to find more 20ga.

    Easy to put on my Maverick 88 and looks like it will last. I use the thickest pad and it works great. It reduces the recoil impact a lot. I recommend this especially for us older folks that love to hunt.
