The ShockEater® Slip-On Recoil Pad Kit is a simple and effective way to eliminate hard hitting recoil while customizing your length of pull.

Kit Includes:

  • (1) stretchy neoprene cover that fits the majority of gunstock sizes of both shotguns and rifles

  • (4) inserts for your comfort and customization:

    • (1) ShockEater® insert recoil reducing insert (1/4")

    • (3) additional hi-density foam spacers to customize your length of pull (1/4", 3/8", & 1/2")

The ShockEater insert, made with proprietary Nano-Poly™ technology, is secured inside the cover behind an elastic strap and removable for cover cleaning.

To install, carefully slide the neoprene sleeve onto the end of your buttstock; no drilling or gunsmithing required. If needed, place one or more of the three included foam spacers (1/4”, 3/8”, & 1/2″) into the cover before sliding onto your gun to customize your length of pull.

FOR BEST EXPERIENCE:

  • Only the ShockEater insert fits behind the internal elastic strap. Place L.O.P. spacers in front before sliding cover onto buttstock
  • We do not recommend using more than more than (1) of the L.O.P. spacers in addition to the ShockEater insert at one time.

This is my second one. Even if it didn't work, I would probably leave it on the gun as it looks sharp and professional. Fortunately it really does help slow the felt recoil. What caught my eye was the grounding in solid physics. Will shoot real fast this winter to see if this thing heats up with the energy transfer.

    1) Looks MUCH better than any slip-on rubber recoil pad. The shock eater looks professional. 2) Works better than the previously mentioned rubber slip-on. 3) Fits better and does not slid around. 4) Not afraid to leave shock eater on the gun, like I was the rubber. At first I was concerned as when you compress the pad with your hand, it is slow to return to original shape. I thought a fast second shot might recoil harder. I didn't notice any difference when shooting. I also used the vest insert recoil pad. Shot 225 rounds at sporting clays with 20 gauge berreta smurf gun this weekend with shoulder still intact! Can't wait to try it on my O/U. I am ordering another one for when girl friend wants to go shooting.

Wow! What a great company to do business with. By accident ordered the wrong item and when I received it contacted the company expecting to get the usual you ordered it deal!!! But instead talked to Jack and was pleasantly surprised by our conversation, not only did he handle my mistake but went over and above with customer service! If product works as well as the president does I will be pleasantly surprised again!!! Thanks again for all your help!

Awesome recoil pad. Nice and small, but don’t let the size fool you. This is the BEST recoil reducing sleeve on the market! Trust me I’ve tried em all. I have over 150 guns and approx half are long guns (rifles and shotguns). I’ve used them all. As for a sleeve this is by far thee best. On the market and is very easy to switch from gun to gun. ‘The recoil reduction is amazing. You MUST try it. I bought 12 of them! 3 as gifts for friends who are traveling to Argentina this summer with me on a trip for dove hunting. We will shoot a[proxy 5000+ rounds for the week. Most guns wear the shock eater shirts with pad. I’m bringing these and setting up my guns with them I know I’ll be more than good. This product is an amazing gel that reminds me of the old “Stretch Armstrong” muscle man play doll when we were kids. It’s awesome and very absorbent of any induced shocks.
